The Xikar XO is a round double-guillotine cigar cutter featuring an aluminum body and stainless steel blades. It uses a planetary gear system to ensure the blades open and close in sync for a precise cut. This tool can cut the cap of cigars up to a 70 ring gauge and includes a spring-loaded release button.
