About this cigar

Made by Drew Estate in Nicaragua, this infused ACID line extension pairs a Connecticut Shade wrapper with an Indonesian binder and Nicaraguan long-fillers. It offers a smoother, milder profile than the original Mexican San Andrés-wrapped ACID 20 Toro.

Aging & storage · Guidance

How to keep it

General humidor guidance for this cigar, based on its wrapper, strength, ring gauge and packaging.

Storage

Hold the box at 65–70% relative humidity at 65–70°F (18–21°C). Steady humidity matters far more than the exact number — swings are what crack wrappers.

Rest after delivery

Thicker ring gauges hold shipping moisture longest — give these boxes three to four weeks in the humidor before the first one.

Aging window

Milder blends age less dramatically — plan to enjoy this one inside a year or so rather than cellaring it long-term.

Limited release

Limited runs are not restocked. If you intend to age a box, buy the smoking box separately so the cellar box stays sealed.

In the box

Age them in their own box where possible — the cedar keeps the cigars marrying together instead of taking on the flavour of everything else in the humidor.
