The story of Caldwell
Caldwell’s Lost & Found project was originally known as Impromptu. It is a collaboration between Robert Caldwell, Tony Bellatto and Jaclyn Sears, with each participant taking a defined role.
Caldwell locates cigars that have remained at factories for various reasons and brings them to the United States. Sears creates new artwork for the releases, while Bellatto leads the project and handles distribution.
The cigars come from factories in Central and South America and are released in small batches, sometimes comprising as few as 100 boxes or bundles. Caldwell also collaborated with Drew Estate on All Out Kings, announced in early 2016 and formally introduced at the 2016 IPCPR Tradeshow.
