The story of Honduran Short Run
E.P. Carrillo’s Short Run blends are described as an annual tradition, blended by Ernesto Perez Carrillo.
For the 2023 edition, Carrillo departed from the line’s established production tradition and moved manufacture to Oscar Valladares’ factory in Honduras. Carrillo called the change “a perfect fusion of tradition and innovation.”
The Honduran-made release was offered as a Robusto measuring 5 by 50 and a Toro measuring 6 by 52. Both were presented as medium- to full-strength, hand-rolled, long-filler cigars.
