About this cigar

Perdomo produces this Nicaraguan puro from tobacco associated with Lot 23, a virgin plot planted with Criollo and Corojo '98 in 2000. A five-year-aged, higher-priming Cuban-seed Nicaraguan Maduro wrapper adds rich sweetness to the robust aged binder and filler, delivering a complex, aromatic, medium-strength smoke.

Aging & storage · Guidance

How to keep it

General humidor guidance for this cigar, based on its wrapper, strength, ring gauge and packaging.

Storage

Hold the box at 65–70% relative humidity at 65–70°F (18–21°C). Steady humidity matters far more than the exact number — swings are what crack wrappers.

Rest after delivery

Thicker ring gauges hold shipping moisture longest — give these boxes three to four weeks in the humidor before the first one.

Aging window

A medium blend like this holds well for a year or two; longer aging mostly smooths the finish rather than changing the flavour.

In the box

Age them in their own box where possible — the cedar keeps the cigars marrying together instead of taking on the flavour of everything else in the humidor.
