About this cigar
Created by Pete Johnson for Tatuaje's 10th anniversary, the Belle Encre was produced at the My Father factory in Estelí, Nicaragua. It combines an Ecuadorian Habano wrapper with Nicaraguan binder and long-filler tobaccos, delivering a medium-full smoking profile in a compact perfecto format.

Storage
Hold the box at 65–70% relative humidity at 65–70°F (18–21°C). Steady humidity matters far more than the exact number — swings are what crack wrappers.
Rest after delivery
Two to three weeks of rest after delivery lets the box settle back to your humidor before the first smoke.
Aging window
Full-bodied blends reward patience: a year or two of quiet aging typically trades raw power for depth.
Limited release
Limited runs are not restocked. If you intend to age a box, buy the smoking box separately so the cellar box stays sealed.
In the box
Age them in their own box where possible — the cedar keeps the cigars marrying together instead of taking on the flavour of everything else in the humidor.
